Terms of use
Short, because this site does very little to you: there is nothing to sign up for, nothing to buy and nothing to submit.
What a price on this site is
Every figure here is an observation, made on a stated date, on a stated platform. It is not an offer, not a quote, and not a promise that the same price is still available. Travel prices move constantly, and one of the reasons this site records them with their dates is that a price stripped of its date becomes a claim nobody can check.
Check the current price yourself before you book anything. We publish the platform and the query precisely so you can.
Decisions are yours
We describe what routes to a total eclipse cost and what can go wrong on the day. We do not organise travel, sell it, or act as an agent, and we are not liable for the outcome of a trip you choose to take — including cloud on the morning, which no one on earth can promise you. The cost scale exists to make that trade explicit before you pay for it.
Using our material
Quote the figures. Cite the page and the observation date with them. Do not republish a measurement stripped of its date and platform: that turns a checkable observation into a rumour, and the rumour will outlive the correction.
Wholesale republication of the pages is not permitted. Photographs, where they appear, are under the licence named in their caption, which may be more permissive than this page — follow the caption.
Availability
The site is a static set of files on a free hosting plan. It should be up; nothing here promises it will be.
Law
These terms are governed by French law. If something here needs fixing, that is a better first step than a dispute: [email protected].
